We have a refrigeration room, which has three cameras for fruit maintenance. Each one has two of 300 bins of capacity and a third of one of about 700 bins of capacity. We also have a pre-cold, which has a capacity for 16 pallets simultaneously with an output range of 8.5 fruit pulp hour at 4.8ºc. Our refrigeration room is built with high-tech components, so we can control and keep the exact temperature for good maintenance of our products. Our plants have a loading dock for containers and Thermo trucks, plus adaptable hydraulic equipment which fits a truck depending on its height. We have enabled an inspection room for all types of fruit approved by the livestock service SAG and USDA. Because of our constant effort, we’ve been approved as certified plant for dispatching products to several markets in Latin America, Europe, Asia and the United States.
Avocado and Citrus Packing Process
We have a smart gauge machine which is multipurpose, so we can process avocado as well as citrus. It is calibrated by weight which is more effective and has a citrus container, body waxing and drying oven. We also have two Sinclair PLU labelling machines with qualified staff in charge of the selection, packaging and wrapping process.
